Interview of an HP Laserjet 3030; important message from your Laser Printer

What if your laser printer could talk to you and tell you what they are thinking, what will it say? Well because we are Ink & Laser printer supplies providers we have a very close relationship with Laser printers and decided to interview some to give you some insight of what they would tell you during this Easter week. Make sure to read our blog the entire week for all the interview series.

Today we have interviewed the HP LaserJet 3030 Printer, we’d like to explain in advance that we choose to ask a couple of technical questions and then asked a tip or idea for Easter.

Inkjetsuperstore: Being that you are an All-in-One printer and you have more than one task at hand. We have seen that you handle quite a few codes, especially when using the fax capability. Can you give us some tips on how to understand them?

HP LaserJet 3030: Where should I begin? There are so many things to convey to you but let’s face it I can’t just sit there and write long letters of explanation. I do three things at once remember? First of all my advice is to printout the control panel menu structure it is a useful reference if you alter settings in the menu. There are two types of codes the Fax receiving messages or Fax sending messages. All errors and codes have an explanation and my advice is to use your printer manual for guideline.

Inkjetsuperstore: When I change my toner cartridge the color of the print is a bit lighter than before, my old toner printed darker, why is that?

HP LaserJet 3030: It happens sometimes when getting used to the new toner, our old buddy is gone and relationships sometimes just don’t get going right away, I take this opportunity to ask for patience after installing a new toner, it usually takes roughly fifty copies of print before there is sufficient charge to attract toner to the toner drum. The toner will gradually start to appear darker on the page as the charge to the drum increases.

Inkjetsuperstore: As you probably know this week we are celebrating Easter and many of us are making decorations, sending cards, etc. Do you have a favorite craft or idea to share with us?

HP LaserJet 3030: Easter is one of my favorite holidays. You should be able to cover several things at once, as I do everyday. So give a Tic-Tac-Toe Easter Card and you’ll show that you care as well as entertain your loved one. Don’t forget to have plenty of toner available.
