Brother Color Inkjet All-in-One MFC-3360C Inteview

Keeping the printer interview series going here, we did not skip Tuesday we had great news to share but to all those who have signed up for our weekly newsletter you got the second interview. If you’d like a copy post a comment and I will send it.

Well it is time to get going and interview our guest today, the Brother Color Inkjet All-in-One MFC-3360C. We’d like to welcome it and remind our readers that we are going to ask two technical questions and the last one is to give us some printing tips for this Easter Season.

Inkjetsuperstore.com: Thank you for this unprecedented interview. We want to ask you first a common error we get when installing a new ink cartridge. Why after installing it there is a message in the LCD screen that reads: “NO CARTRIDGE”? It happens to a lot of us.

Brother MFC-3360C: If the message "NO CARTRIDGE" remains on the LCD after you have installed the ink cartridge(s), it is possible another ink cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced or one or more of the cartridges are not installed properly. I saw that you have a detailed response on the matter in your Brother Info Center.

Inkjetsuperstore.com: Oh yes thanks for doing your homework, we do have several FAQ answers for our customers. Well let’s get into the second question here, being that you are an All-in-One printer and take care of the scanning issues. When trying to scan to send an email, it doesn’t allow me and I get a message saying: “The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using” Help, I don’t know what switch to use?

Brother MFC-3360C: That happens some times because you’ve forgotten to update your ControlCenter version. All you need to do is go to the Download section of the Brother Solutions Center for the MFC-3360C or any other model and download the ControlCenter2 or ControlCenter3 update tool. You should have no problems after that.

Inkjetsuperstore.com: Wow time flies and your answers have been wonderful. Last but not least can you give us some printing tips for this Easter Holiday that we are so wonderfully enjoying?

Brother MFC-3360C: Sure, I’d love to. I’m sure other printers will tell you different cards or decorations. My proposal to you is to print out some Kakuro games and put them in the baskets.

Inkjetsuperstore.com: Kakuro what?

Brother MFC-3360C: Ha, gotcha there you had no idea huh? Well Kakuro is a numbers game a logic puzzle that is often referred to as a mathematical transliteration of the crossword. Go to the Brother CreativeCenter and you’ll find several ready to print.

You always learn something new. We hope you enjoyed the interview because we had a blast. We’re going to play a Kukuro tournament here. Great warm up to count all the Easter eggs on Sunday!
