How to print great pictures with the HP PhotoSmart Series
Printing digital pictures has never been easier. With more than 180 different printer models the HP PhotoSmart Series features either compact, desktop and all in ones. Undoubtedly you have no room for mistake. Ok that is not completely true; sometimes we make some printing errors that not even a great printer can fix.
Obviously we’ve decided to share with you some tips so you can print great pictures and take advantage of your HP printers.
Tip #1 – Use the right kind paper
- If you use the wrong kind of paper the results can be fuzzy, blurry images that look grainy or dull. Make sure you use the specially designed HP photo paper.
Tip #2- Make sure you have enough ink
- Ink is another issue; when printing make sure you have plenty of ink. If you are low on ink they might come out with uneven colors or faded patches, streaks or gray scales. We already made sure you are using the right photo paper, so you don’t want to waist it with low ink. The printer itself will tell you when your are running out of ink, some HP models allow you to check ink level using the printer’s touch screen. Consider having a replacement HP ink cartridge available always for such cases.
Tip #3 – When printing use the highest resolution
- In order for pictures to look awesome you need to make sure you have enough resolution to be printed in the size you chose. If your photo doesn’t have enough resolution, individual pixels will become visible at the time of printing.
Time to start printing those great pictures. Are you ready?
