Going on Vacation? Traveling Printing Tips
Summer time is here and now that school is out and the sun is shinning fully. You are probably working on that summer vacation plan. What you need to remember is that during the preparation stage of your vacation your printer is your best friend. Yes if planned right and everything printed properly you will enjoy the best vacation ever.
Tip # 1 Once you have your itinerary make a printout. Printing a to do list is a must to be sure you don’t forget things like what to buy, activities, directions, etc. Having printed “copies” yes definitely more than one will do it so you have all details ready and enjoy all the way.
Tip #2 Print your e-tickets. Remember back in the day when Travel Agencies mailed you your plane tickets? You couldn’t board with anything else. Now you can print your e-tickets, your itinerary as we stated before and keep it all together with your travel documents.
Tip#3 Print your luggage tags. Don’t take risk of loosing your luggage, print your own, personalized luggage tags and attach them to your bags. You can use sticker paper so you can stick the tag right to your bags, another idea is to print them on regular paper and have then laminate.
Tip#4 Print a contact info list. One can never be too careful, leave a list with phone numbers, hotel numbers, your itinerary, family numbers etc. Have it with you at all times and also leave with family and friends.
