I like the Brother technology . Having a separate drum and toner unit reduces the cost of printing. I just wish Brother would give clearer guidelines as to what to do when the printer does not reset the counter automatically.

My Brother DCP 7020 laser printer won't work. It keeps saying the back cover is open, please close it. But the cover is closed! What's up with that?

It is true that all printers have issues - some have more than others of course! - but I would be curious as to what you mean by "customer support"? Does that mean endless attempts at accessing an email system? Is there a way to talk to a human being? And does that human being actually know anything about Brother Printers, or is he/she reading from a manual in Dubai?

Hi there, thanks for your very specific questions regarding Inkjetsuperstore's Customer Support.  You can get in contact with us several ways, first via Phone by calling Toll-free 888-745-4316 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (PST) with in those hours you can also access our Live Chat option and instead of talking to one of our reps you can chat about your problems.  You can also send and email through our Customer Service page.

Our reps can answer questions regarding our products and the best way to solve several issues with ink cartridges and toner cartridges.  We do have a specific Troubleshooting page for different questions and issues specifically from our Brother Printer Support.  Once again thanks for your question.
