I have 2 HP Color LaserJet 2605dn printers. One works fine, but with the 2nd one its colors don't match up correctly when it prints in color. This is a constant problem with this printer (have tried everything, new cartridges, new firm ware, uninstalled software and reinstalled from HP website - no solution) and HP provides no help, no support and no solution as the printer is not supported anymore! If one of the 4 ink cartridges runs out, the printer will not operate at all. Would not recommend as a primary printer. Also is more expensive to feed print cartridges than an inkjet! Quality, when the colors match up, is excellent, as it is color laser!

I loved the printer until I started buying refurished carts. The last purchased I had problem with the Magenta it leaked causing a red line down the page. When I asked for help I was told to use windex and a rag to clean the rollers. This didn't work I sent another email which was not answered. I don't think I will be using remanufactured carts again.

Bob, its a shame you have had this experience with remunfactured cartridges, its important that you always buy them from the maunfacturer so you can get the best quality, with the right toner and also to get good technical support.. Have faith and find a good company.
