Lexmark are really going the extra mile (and other printer and cartridge manufacturers are also trying, just look at some of the bundled software that comes with a printer purchase these days) to add to the perceived value of their products.
Just selling a printer is not enough any more, and all the stops need pulling out to corner customers. I'd still like to see a promo where your first replacement set of cartridges come for free, that one should really set the cat among the pigeons!

Lexmark would rate in the top three for service. I have experienced on many occasions and they have always remained responsive and engaging.
