5 Tips to Reduce Paper Cost

- Paper Saving Tip #1- Review on Screen before printing. Usually it is a lot easier to print a draft and see if there are any changes to be made before sending the final printing command. But a good idea is to change the zoom of your text to save your eyes from straining without changing the layout of your document. Try to make all the changes and reviews and you will only print once the final document.

Most printers do not have the “duplex” printer feature but you can do it the old fashion style by printing odd pages first, flipping around the pages, inserting them in the printer, and then print the even pages.
