Start with a layout that includes the text and images you will need to convey your message. Brochures typically are a flat size of 8 1/2" x11" or 11"x17". - Select the right paper! - Talking about paper remember that most brochures are printed on either an 80lb or 100lb stock paper, with a variety of gloss / matte finishes. 100lb stock is surprisingly more substantial than 80lb stock paper without a huge cost difference. Using a heavier paper may be the difference to a potential customer that you are more professional than your competitors.
