George Halvorson has a very difficult job.

He is sheltered from the medical side of Kaiser Permanente, since the medical license has so much power in our society.

Attempting to get suggestions through to George from the "man on the street" Kaiser member perspective is nearly impossible. No, correct that, it is impossible.

Happily, HP has been able to contact Mr. Halvorson and is going to have him on for an interview.

I would have been happy to have any recognition from his office at all, even a "we'll consider it" would have been wonderful.

But, alas, my suggestion was ignored.

I tried several avenues to contact Mr. Halvorson, but his people would not allow any communication to take place between a Kaiser member with a suggestion and the man himself.

Even an attorney was placed in my way.

I simply wanted to suggest an idea, nothing more.

What a world. What a company.

    Leone.
