Ink Absorber Error Pixma iP1500 - How to Fix Video

Are you having problems with your Canon Pixma iP1500 Printer? You have used it for some time changed the BCI-24B black ink cartridge and the BCI-24C color ink cartridge several times now and it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks to cubedgame youtube videos we have a very well explained step by step guide so you can fix the ink absorber and print for a few more years with your Canon iP1500 printer. There are two parts and we are going to share both in one post so you don't have to be looking around for the second part.



Before we go to the second part and now that you got it all open there is a second ink absorber - the PLATEN one - which he does not talk about. The PLATEN is in the black plastic directly underneath the printhead as it slides back and forth. CLEAN THE PLATEN TOO before following the Part 2 video to reset both the MAIN and PLATEN ink absorbers in your software.
