Print Great Christmas Photographs with HP 96 Ink

                 

One of the most precious gifts to give for Christmas are long lasting photos.  Printing photographs for presents, cards, and invitations is probably a daily task and most HP Photosmart Series printers allow you to do so perfectly. Now in order to print great photos there are a few tips to follow.
  • First and foremost make sure you choose a printer for photo printing.  This means that it has photo paper trays and photo ink capabilities available.   Now that we are talking about paper in order for Christmas photo printing to be successful make sure you use photo paper.  Using other types of paper increase the possibility of fading quickly and in all honestly looking cheap.
  • Before printing it is a good idea to preview and review photos before hitting the print button. That will definitely avoid any printing mistakes and frustrations.
  • Double check the ink level and have extra cartridges ready to insert. When purchasing ink cartridges buy bulk cartridges or XL high yield cartridges are always a great option for the heavy holiday printing season and you can have plenty of ink for other printing projects such as envelopes, recipes etc.
  • When printing photos for Christmas let them dry before framing or inserting to an album or envelope and that will avoid smearing and potentially ruining the photograph. A good rule of thumb is to let photos dry for twenty four hours before doing anything with them. Print one photo at a time and remove immediately from the printer so they won’t smear or let the ink run.
