Print Christmas Gift Tags for Pennies with HP 97 ink


To avoid a nightmare during Christmas gift opening time it is a good idea to always have a gift tag. Imagine that your child opens up grandmas set of tea cups or Dad gets a full set of Jonas Brothers DVD’s intended for your teenage fan. Gift tags are a must and if you can already print out to whom and from who is even better. Santa needs all the help he can get. With the HP 97 tri color ink cartridge gift tag personalization comes out to only a few pennies.

The cost of remanufactured HP 97 ink is less than 10 dollars and if you take into consideration that the page yield for this cartridge is of four hundred and fifty pages and each page holds no less than 4 gift tags depending on the size you prefer then each gift tag will end up costing you 0.005 each. Can’t beat that anywhere! Obviously this is printing full color at optimal settings. You can a small picture to each tag or there are many Christmas related clip art decorations online for free.

Another thing you can find for free online is templates for the gift tags. So now that you paid a bargain for color ink and nothing for the template the cost can add a little more depending on the type of paper used. But you already save a bunch on the other two so indulge on stock paper. If you want to be green about the whole thing then print on regular white inkjet paper or copy paper and then glue to old wrapping paper you obviously saved from last year or the small bits left over when wrapping the gifts this year. The whole idea is to personalize your gift tags and avoid any issues Christmas morning.
