It is a known fact that if a goal is not written is not a goal and we'd like to add if it's not printed it's just a wish. Why printing your resolutions is so important? Because it helps you keep track and let's others know what you are aiming and will help you achieve it. Here are some tips:
1) Print a full and detail list for you to read often and print copies to have in different places such as your desk top drawer, your wallet, your dairy, etc. One of the main reasons why we forget is because we don't have them easily available.
2) Print goals that you want others to help you with to post around your office or home (fridge) such as diet, exercise, expense cutting, saving, recycling, home cleaning... you got the idea. Most will not only depend on you but can be a group effort.
3) Print personal goals just for one other person to help you. It can be your spouse, a best friend, your Mom or Dad, your Boss (if it is a work related goal) such goals can be behavior changes, get rid of emotional barriers, forgiveness, not talking bad about your work piers, you got the idea. Not everybody should know your personal issues and desires for change but if you do share them with that person you trust will help you, there is a high probability you'll accomplish them.
4) Print updated copies of your goals at least once a month. Your original list can be a full 8.5" x 11" Inkjet sheet of paper, but as the months pass and you are checking off accomplished goals the list will be smaller and smaller.
5) Make small simple goals to achieve the big ones. Yes we all want to get rid of 20 to 30 pounds of Christmas over eating! but your resolutions will be better accomplished if you set up to loose 1 pound per week or 5 pounds per month, being realistic will be the difference between keeping them or not.
6) Don't run out of New Years resolutions printer ink ! It will be very frustrating to go to all this trouble just to realize you can't print out the different copies of your goals. Make it a goal to keep always in stock enough printer ink and we will help you with weekly deals and savings on our already lowest prices online on ink and toner cartridges of course.
We wish you the best for 2011 and come back often
