Getting to Know the New Epson Workforce 840 Multifunction Inkjet Printer
Speed printing is achieved with the Epson WorkForce 840 the world’s fastest printer. This 4 in 1 multifunction printer churns out 15 monochrome pages per minutes. Color printing for the same amount of pages is done at 9.3 seconds. Duplex printing is achieved at record speeds of 7.4 minutes with black ink.
Talking about ink this printer uses 4-color DURABrite® Ultra pigment ink the cartridges are the Epson T126120 OEM Black Ink Cartridge, Epson T126420 OEM Yellow Ink Cartridge, Epson T126320 OEM Magenta Ink Cartridge, and the Epson T126220 OEM Cyan Ink Cartridge. One thing to add about these cartridges is that you don’t have to wait for the ink to dry after printing because it dries instant. Another very important thing to know is that you have the option to purchase High Capacity Black ink that will give you twice as much prints page per cartridge.
Some of the features you can expect from aside from printing are copying, scanning and faxing. It is Wi-Fi certified, wireless printing and compatible with iPhone®, BlackBerry and other mobile devices as well. It is definitely a great printer for small business offices or a shared printer for a University dorm or school office because of so much versatility.
