Brother HL-2240 Laser Printer and Toner Review with Video
The time is here again to review a great personal printer from Brother. In the spotlight we have a monochrome laser printer called Brother HL-2240. This printer has several qualities working on it's favor, like a relative innexpensive purchase price, high quality output and fast speed for printing. So let's pin point some important features:

  • Prints up to 8.5" x 14" ,Monthly duty cycle of up to 10,000 pages

You have a regular cartridge called the Brother HL-2230/HL-2240 Original (OEM) Black Laser Toner Cartridge (TN-420) this original cartridge prints 1200 pages and can be found for $48.00. The aftermarket alternative for this cartridge is a Brother TN420 Black Remanufactured Laser Cartridge that prints the same amount of pages with the same quality (if purchased at ISO-9001 certified companies with no less than 1 year money back warranty).

The other toner cartridge option for this laser printer is the Brother HL-2230/HL-2240 Original (OEM) High Yield Black Laser Toner Cartridge (TN-450) getting a high yield cartridge allows you to print more than twice as much as the regular cartridge in this case 2600 pages. Using original cartridges is important to maintain high quality printing results specially for business related or marketing purposes.
